I founded and built TurningPoint into the first-of-its-kind, online career hub and services marketplace that supported hundreds of independent coaches/consultants along with 20K+ clients looking for career planning, career advancement, job search support and/or executive coaching.

Head of HR and employee experience for this rapidly scaling e-commerce company, responsible for setting strategy for culture, communications, team development, and recruiting (top talent for executive roles, software and technology, creative services, retail, online marketing, operations, finance and accounting). Led a fast-paced HR function as the company constantly re-invented itself to set the pace for its peers within the digital economy.

Served as the right-hand-to-CEOs head of HR, serving on the executive teams of several incubated early-stage startups within the Progress portfolio. Companies ranged from 10 people to 100, and included peer-to-peer technology, an open source web stack platform, and enterprise application integration tools. Also provided HR strategy and leadership to an elite incubator tech team in Cambridge, MA, that was working on building the software ideas of the future. Led HR mergers and acquisition due diligence for international acquisition.

First person hired into the highly competitive Human Resources Executive Development program, established to give in-depth training (and later management) of all of the areas of Human Resources: recruiting, compensation, employee relations/employee experience, training & development, and benefits. Quickly promoted through roles of increasing responsibility in multiple locations, including an acting-Director role responsible for an entire production facility & outsourced packaging location.Leader of multiple transformational projects for the function, including digitization of many HR processes, building of a succession planning database, participation in a massive centralization/shared service center project, policy alignment across disparate locations/regions and HRIS upgrades for better human capital management.
