I support the development of and project manage bids and tenders across cultural destinations, conference centres, and major events throughout the UK for our Sodexo Live! and Heritage Portfolio brands, also providing team support to my stadia counterparts. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and food industry, I have proven skills in generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering innovative solutions for clients and partners. Sucked in to food and hospitality at a young age (!), I love everything to do with the industry, and how much people deserve to enjoy good food and decent service in every way. My main focus has been sales and business development in a variety of multi-stakeholder environments: restaurants, hotels, stadia and cultural venues, founder-led street food brands, and virtual delivery platforms; this has given me a wide breadth of insight and knowledge across sales, operations, leadership, and above all, client relationships. I thrive on discovering and building new connections and partnerships, while re-invigorating and driving growth to an existing foundation with fresh ideas and communication. I am also proficient in French.
