CP Kelco is a part of the global JM Huber Corporation producing ingredients which are used to improve texture, consistency, and stability in food, pharmaceutical and industrial products. We produce BioGums (natural fermented biopolymers) and FoodGums (natural polymers extracted from citrus peel and seaweed) for use in e.g. jam, fruit and milk drinks, confectionery products as well as industrial applications. We work across the whole value chain from natural raw materials to customers’ end products. Our reach is global with R&D facilities and Centres of Excellence on four continents and production sites in seven countries.

Provided recruiting expertise and general HR policy direction to various companies in the Atlanta are. Developed and delivered HR policy and procedures to include staffing, employee orientation, benefit administration, termination procedures and employee relations. Advised management staff on all HR issues.

Partnered with Executive team to deliver HR support and services to client base. HR consultation included employee relations, staffing, immigration, ex-pat and repatriation, compensation development, record retention and EEO-1 reporting.

Joined BNR in the start-up phase to establish HR function and staff the Atlanta Lab. Involved in every aspect of delivering Human Resources support to include recruiting, relocation, immigration, compensation & benefits, performance and merit planning process.
