This involved infrastructure and application teams to build out, relocate and migrate this key system.* April 2016 - Present - My experience in process improvement is guiding a team to document, organize and build a reference for areas of change and future growth for the organization.* May 2015 - October 2016 - The Pricing Optimization and Commercial Data Platform project was languishing in organization and direction. I was rolled on to it 8 months after it began. I focused the teams (from each business and IT) on the end goal by having them build out the current state to future state context. This gave the teams the perspective, organization and clarity in a cohesive, collaborative path to follow to the goals set to deliver more data, more channels, more automation and optimization giving the Revenue Management team a leg up in the competitive airline industry.* September 2014-April 2015 - The Branded Fares initiative for the introduction of a new, more nimble Merchandising Business Rules Engine was 6 months behind in being funded. I was brought onto the project after this 6 month period and rallied multiple cross organization teams to re-engage and estimate effort in less than 3 weeks. The aggressive approach was needed, being the deadline to deliver the project was not changed.
