I am that person in the office who everyone goes to for help on using computer programs, new ideas, and getting things done!I am the one that has a lot on my plate, but I'm always happy to take on just a bit more, and still turn out a product that meets or beats expectations.Need to create a new process to "do more with less"? This was imperative when launching our online retail store, and our sales doubled within months. I created a streamlined process to take orders, process, drop ship, and invoice those orders in just minutes a day.Big event of the year? That's my favorite! From planning out the smallest details, to coordinating with the hotels and other vendors, there is just something so rewarding to seeing it all come together. I designed the registration website, created all the marketing emails and other materials, managed all details onsite, even implementing changes on the fly when needed.A unique web program? I worked with a consulting group to help create our vehicle sales database reporting system. We provided the overall look and feel, and drew out what we wanted each process to look like the final report that should be produced. The consulting group built it and currently host it. We still meet regularly to discuss fixes, bugs, and improvements that we would like to see.As Executive Assistant of the Idaho Automobile Dealers Association, Inc. (IADA), I am fortunate to work extensively with our executive director and our dealer members on all association business, and have had so many great experiences that shape my professional resume today. I bring with me my experience as a Field Sales Rep for a textbook publishing company and as the Executive Admin. for a mortgage resource company.
