I hold a BSc(hons) in Software Design (Web Development) from Athlone Institute of Technology.I am currently working as Administrative staff in Spollen Concrete, Glasson, Athlone. My day to day role include answering phones, taking orders and liaising with customers. I record the sales and purchases for the business and manage the payroll system. This role requires great organisational skills and good customer service to keep strong relationships with clients and also handle any issues that may arise.My previous role was a Food and Beverage Assistant in the Sheraton Athlone. I primarily work in La Provence restaurant in the property but also have experience in C&B and Bar. I enjoy working in the hospitality industry and feel that my strong communication skills and attention to detail make me an ideal candidate for the sector.
