Kathy Stankard of Coldwell Banker has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 1996 in the Franklin and metro west of Boston areas. Since she has lived most of her life in Franklin and Wrentham, Massachusetts, she has a thorough knowledge of the market area and its resources. Prior to her career in Real Estate, she worked in the mental health field as a crisis counselor in the nursing home and prison system. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling and finds this makes her uniquely suited with the beneficial listening & crisis management skills for handling a variety of real estate situations.
