I'm currently working in the best health food shop in Ireland, The Hopsack in Rathmines. My role involves interacting with customers giving advice on diet, lifestyle or helping with their general well-being. This consists of helping customers to deal with problems such as stress, insomnia, joint pain, skin disorders etc by using tools such as nutrition, oils, meditation and supplementation.
