It all started in 1868, a family brewery operation in a small river town making fine beer with clean water and honest hard work. In 1919, we brewed over 25,000 barrels of beer. Shortly after, Prohibition legislation was enacted and production of Wolf beer ceased. Our company converted operations to bottled water, soda, and sparkling water until Joseph Wolf passed at the age of 89 and the company was sold. As the great granddaughter of Joseph Wolf, I am proud to be a part of this legacy and revival of our family business.
