I began my career in Development at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System as a gift processor. I was later moved into the role of Systems Analyst – maintaining the donor database, managing user security, running queries for mailing and invitation lists, and creating reports. Given my strength in understanding data and the importance of tracking and analyzing trends, I was later promoted to Annual Giving Manager.My most recent opportunity allows me to work on the integration of direct market efforts using traditional mail, social media, and web to create a comprehensive fundraising program for UNC Health Foundation. My goal is to implement an annual giving program that will enable the Health Care System to greatly increase their number of donors, improve gift revenue, and work with the major gift team to ensure a healthy pipeline for future funding needs. I am also part of a team who worked to establish a grateful patient program.I currently live in Mebane, North Carolina, where I enjoy spending time hiking. I also love traveling back to Michigan as often as possible to visit my daughter and grandson.
