Acted as daily second level support for American Express Business Travel employees, troubleshooting and resolving network, hardware and software issues. Gained significant project experience with upgrading computers, installing images, and providing end user onsite support for the Rolling Meadows Call Center. Rotated weeks taking first level calls at the Help Desk and providing after hours on call coverage. Worked and leveraged relationships with other American Express departments and third party vendors – telecom, building cabling, AT&T, Avaya, coordinating site inspections and serving as office contact for vendor projects and maintenance. Onsite tasks included retrieving calls from the NICE server, meeting with vendors, performing CMS backups, and coordinating and working on office projects, including computer refreshes.
