Sr. Customer Service Specialist
CurrentAs the first line of support for Aftermarket Sales, I am the primary contact for the Curtiss-Wright Preferred Distributors and outside customer inquiries, partnerships and sales, for both Military and Commercial OEM fulfillment. RESPONSIBILITIES• Ownership of customer deliverables and AOG requests with a sense of urgency, providing ongoing updates from receipt to shipment• Interaction with the customer on CW Sensors parts catalog, pricing and availability• Communication with customer to status and expedite orders and scope of industry changes• Engagement in activities related to lead time verification, RMA communications, PO date reconciliation, schedule alignment, contract review and government contract evaluation SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• Well-developed relationship skills with an emphasis on Customer focus• Superior communication, decision making and teaming skills• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
