It's easy to forget that our story is always yet to be written and rewritten, learned and unlearned. I partner with leaders who have the curiosity and the courage to remember how.I am an accredited executive coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Hudson Institute of Coaching, with advanced training in Inner Team Dialogue (a parts-work approach rooted in Voice Dialogue) coaching, Positive Intelligence, somatic transformation, grief and loss literacy, and the Community Resiliency Model (from the Trauma Resource Institute).My perspective is informed by more than 15 years of experience working with clients around the world at the intersection of strategy, thought leadership, and executive development—all in the service of individual and organizational growth. At Deloitte, I was a founding member, research director, and chief of staff of Deloitte’s Chief Executive Program, which supports CEOs and business unit leaders at all stages of their career. Prior to joining Deloitte, I worked at the Monitor Group, which Deloitte acquired. There, I designed highly customized leadership development programs and learning experiences that have served more than 3,000 executives. I also partnered extensively with Monitor’s network of thought leaders and faculty, led knowledge management for their leadership and organization practice, and co-authored Monitor’s approaches to capabilities transformation, globalizing work, and the power of stories.I am a second-generation Asian-American who grew up on the East Coast. A classic introvert and HSP (highly sensitive person), I see profound beauty in our imperfect humanity, in our striving, and in our stories. I currently live in southern California with my husband, two young children, and two teenage cats who love to attend Zoom calls.A member of Phi Beta Kappa, I received my B.A. and M.A. from Harvard University in East Asian Studies, with a focus on Japanese literature and classical Japanese dance.
