• Start seasonal initial tech packs along with garment construction, and yarn details from proto stages.
• Work closely with Designer teams to establish fit standards and maintain the integrity their designs. Create solutions to insure that all designs are “producible”
• Prepare garments to fit, review specs and design detail as submitted to factories.
• Conduct fitting and analyze appropriate fit corrections.
• Writing clear fit comments for over sea to make proper corrections for Show room sample and stocks.

• Technical Designer for Men’s and Women’s Knitwear
• Played key role in product development – working very closely with designer director (EVP) to create initial tech packs along with construction details from proto samples.
• Followed through with construction details once proto samples were approved to facilitate showroom samples.
• Provided proper recommendations during seasonal sourcing meetings with designers and EVP for final quality approval.
• Conducted fittings with the Technical Director responsible for all Knitwear.
• Made fit corrections and design updates during the fitting for pre-production to T.O.P samples.

• Assisted Technical Designer Director with overseeing KL women’s woven division. Worked with Senior Technical Designer to establish technical specifications packages, from proto through production samples.
• Managed full-cycle processing of technical packages, from development through production.
• Monitored specifications of all fit samples and issued fit comments, from proto to pre-production.
• Attended sample fittings and wrote detailed fit comments and corrections for factories to follow.
• Communicated with domestic and overseas factories on daily basis.
