I made sure to even make it there earlier so I could get into character by practicing my performance and create chemistry with the other princess/characters. This job helped me with being a team player, being punctual and respecting others’ time.• I used this job to enhance my acting skills that I had when I performed in theater. • I started here as a "Level 1 star" (entry level associate who started off at the register) and ended my tenure as a "3 Par" (Assistant Manager). In the 3 Par position, I was in charge whenever my superior wasn't there. I led a crew of 3 people maximum during peak hours over heavy weekends. • I was also in charge of giving tips to the restaurant servers and in charge of taking calls and delegating them to the right department.
