One of my latest project was to install, manage and start up the new 60 meter long finishing line project in the new manufacturing hall (built in the end of 2019) including machines from different manufacturers. Now in charge of the full layout and all new machines in our new building. In my daily tasks I work with production and also product development. One of my main task is to buy new machinery for manufacturing according to the companies development plan and production need. This includes going over technical specifications, choosing the right machine and manufacturer, choosing the best production layout and analyzing the flow of materials - implementing the new machine until production and service has been trained well enough with the machine and the machine has been fully accepted. In the production development, it is my daily passion to work with all other projects to improve constantly our current production flow and methods. Also I am taking part of developing new products according to the market and client needs. This includes choosing the right materials for specific products, testing the new products and releasing the new product to the market. My tasks mainly are making technical drawings, specifications and supporting Research and Development Manager in all the product development process.
