* Coach, train, supervise, motivate, monitor and adjust sales advisors and shop managers in their daily work so that they excel in their sales performance.* Daily presence in the shops and thereby acts as an example for your staff.* You ensure that the instructions of the District Manager be understood and implemented.* You ensure smooth communication between stores, headquarters and other stakeholders.* You report directly to the District Manager.* For sales advisors, you are the first point of contact for any problems, questions or difficulties.* You coach your salespeople tailor, with clear action plans.
