Responsible for providing quality Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) and validation services fot both long term projects such as software upgrades, and short term projects such as verifying overall functionality after equipment upgrades. Provides assurance that applications and/or system software is fully functional and meet requirements as outlined by the stakeholders before being place into production.

Responsible for monitor, identify, research, compile, and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions, functions, productivity, and finance quality issues. Within those responsibilities are the NOC’s reports and daily monitoring of FDMS funding using Excel workbooks. Other duties include Internal OTM User Access reviews and quarterly attestations, Internal Client Debit Authorization review and back up support for TOE Reporting Tool updates/validations. Support and provide overview and understanding of ACH policy and procedures and NACHA Rules and Regulations. Responding to internal teammates requests for information related to ACH Risk in a timely basis, conduct quality assessments of work completed and validation performed for updates to PEP+, OTM, DDA and MTS applications for new and existing ACH clients. Partner with teammates in Treasury Implementation Support Services group and T&PS Risk Management groups. Assist in revising, implementing and communicating policies, procedures, and training materials including the design of flowchart for such procedures using Visio. Act as a catalyst for change in making recommendations for stream lining functions and processes.

Responsible for the research and resolution of suspended electronic file issues, monitor, and produce daily tracking logs, as well as turnover reports within deadlines.Duties and responsibilities includes identifying and resolve files that suspend for various reasons such as Risk Exposure, VRS (Voice Response System), NO CA (Collection Application), and duplicate files. Responsible for contacting Treasury Management Officers in regards of suspended files as well as Client Service Representatives to resolve complex issues. Responsible for contacting external clients in regards of Payroll issues. Extra duties included but not limited to collect and run windows for 3rd shift, and open MTS (Wire) lines. Read and learn NACHA file layouts, communicate with clients regarding file issues in a timely matter within deadlines.

Duties and responsibilities include the collections and process of electronic files via Pep+ Operating System for corporate clients, ST internal clients, and Federal Reserve. Tasks include, but not limited to handle unmatched reports, EWS (Early Warning System), VRS (Voice Response System), unrecognized electronic files, shift turnovers, window balancing, read and learn NACHA file layouts. Communicate with external clients and internal teammates regarding file issues in a timely matter in order to meet deadlines.

Responsible for daily processing of remittance documents for bank clients such as mortgage, insurance, and utilities companies. Operate all functions of the Lockbox Visual Remittance System (V.R). Operate the Dp575 system in order to track; capture and power encode a diverse variety of account items. Verify rejections that come out on the power encoding and capture functions. Cross train within different areas of the Lockbox operations. Occasionally serve as back up operating the proof machine to encode checks and balance transactions. Responsible for managing the Data Management Program (DMP) system, which duties includes batch log on and key and drop. Work as a backup for the Console sending transmissions, printing reports, fixing errors in the system, turnover, and master file. Other duties included doing billing of Lockbox department using Microsoft Access table.
