My career spans over 30 years, most of it in leadership positions, consistently surpassing goals and developing people´s careers. This helped me understand my purpose and motivated my career transition from business to HR and to start my own consultancy focused on mentoring for leadership and career transition, HR transformation and organizational development and culture programs. I am also (a) headhunter with ABMSearch, an executive search boutique.> As Head of People, I have led HR teams in a holding company composed by (of) a software company (Saas solutions startup), CX consultancy and one of the ten largest contact centres in Brazil, organising the areas to specifically serve each of the business units connecting the strategy of the area with the business objectives, and driving high performance teams in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, ESG, Internal Communication in addition to respond through the holding's queries, complaints and compliance channel. I led the change of processes and indicators in the area and for the governance models. During this period, I was also working as HRBP for senior executives of the company.> I have experience with integration of companies and areas in M&A, cultural transformation, executive counseling, crisis and change management.> Prior to that, as Operations Manager I actively participated in the construction of Catho´s new culture, very close to People area, collaborating on issues related to performance evaluation, feedback, and development of expected behaviours.> I also worked for a fintech in its first stage in Brazil and some relevant companies in the BPO segment also as Operation Manager – Softway, Tivit, Fidelity (FIS) and Flex,- working in sales, collection, customer service, quality assurance, process review, training, credit risk and back-office (second level of customer services).> I am recognized for establishing fluid communication and being accessible to everyone, ability to simplify the search for solutions, agility and empathy.> I have experience with M&As and I am used to working in agile environments – OKRs, MVPs, smart goals, Kanban.
