Responsible for development and growth of new radiology, healthcare, and technology opportunities. Coordinating and implementing strategic marketing, and operations plans for Radiology Associates of Canton, RadHelp, and Radiology Partners. Developing and delivering new business proposals, and collaborating with established healthcare organizations to create marketing materials and implement public relations campaigns. Recruiting new physicians to the practice in Interventional Radiology to grow the Interventional Oncology service line.Major Accomplishments: Organized, promoted, and hosted a National Radiology Symposium in Dallas, Texas. Expanded the Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Oncology service lines for Radiology Associates of Canton. Launched RadHelp, LLC on social media, in print, and at national tradeshows to create a brand, and gain exposure for the radiology management and consulting company.

Responsible for creating, maintaining and enhancing referring provider relationships. Recruiting established physician practices to join The MetroHealth System. Identifying business development opportunities and implementing innovative strategies to promote service lines, physicians, technology and advances in medicine. Enhancing communication between faculty and referring physicians through networking, CME events and technology. Developing plans, goals and objectives to support and implement major policy and program activities. Measuring program outcomes and applying performance measurement techniques to diverse program areas. Using analytical and evaluative methods to assess and improve referral, outreach and volume outcomes. Establishing and evaluating short and long-term outcomes, campaigns, initiatives and operational measures. Major Accomplishments: Launched and promoted the highly successful Weekend Vascular Access service; Recruited several established physician practices to The MetroHealth System; Created and implemented a “Fast Track Injury Program” for Cleveland Firefighters; Developed and increased referrals to radiology and the Breast Center; Program sponsor of Epic Care Link for referring physicians, Crimson Market Advantage

Responsbile for healthcare provider consulting and support; cultivating relationships with the medical provider community, managed care organizations, the legal community and employers to explain workers’ compensation services and programs. Recruiting physicians to become BWC "Certified" and and retaining physicians throughout Ohio and bordering states.
