I was in charge for the training and development from new employees at Vivaldis (interim) within my region: Brussels and the Walloon provinces. My primary responsibilities included field coaching, providing support for legal and social legislation, and conducting internal social and legal audits.

My responsibilities included matching the right candidate with the right client, recruiting and visiting new clients, cultivating and maintaining optimal client relations, reviewing CVs, conducting candidate interviews, and selecting suitable individuals for each job role. Additionally, I managed the daily operations of the agency.
