My name is Kati Becker and I have over 5 years of recruiting experience ranging in Full Cycle, Contract, Staffing Agency and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO). I currently specialize in Professional Building Design Engineering recruiting, and have previous expertise in biomedical/biotechnology and sales recruiting. I love connecting with individuals in all levels of their career, whether they are just getting into the workforce, or if they are looking to pivot into a new position or career field. When I graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!), I didn't have a recruiter or advisor that helped guide me into the right internships, as well as the first positions to help pave the way to a career I loved. I love being that guidance for people to ensure the next step is the best step for what they are looking for.Additionally, I know what it's like for being years into career and looking to pivot, but not sure where to start. After graduating, I continued my experience retail, and even got into retail management for 2 years before pivoting into B2B Sales. After 3 years in B2B Sales, qualifying for Presidents Club and being acknowledged as a subject matter expert in my office, I felt like I hit a wall. I was ready to feel fulfilled in what I was doing, and reignite a passion in what I did for a career. With looking into my transferrable skills and placing my best foot forward, I was able to pivot into recruiting and never looked back! I love helping people that may feel in the same position that I felt years ago, and enjoy helping them putting their best foot forward to their next career move.Along the way, I have become AIRS Certified in CDIR, CIR, CMVR, CSMR, CSSR, CTR and PRC.
