Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to view my profile and learn more about me. My name is Kati Becker and I have over 5 years of recruiting experience ranging in Full Cycle, Contract, Staffing Agency and Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO). I currently specialize in Professional Building Design Engineering recruiting, and have previous expertise in biomedical/biotechnology and sales recruiting. When I graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down!), I didn't have a recruiter or advisor that helped guide me into the right internships, as well as the first positions to help pave the way to a career I loved.
