Dr. Bell is an Associate with over 20 years of experience working with clients, regulators, subcontractors and manufacturers to select, design, implement, optimize and troubleshoot treatment processes to identify efficient, sustainable solutions. Much of Kati’s project work is focused on disinfection by implementing new technologies and improving conventional processes to meet increasingly stringent regulatory limits on water/wastewater disinfection requirements and reuse practices. Some of the most notable projects include management of the 2012 EPA Guidelines for Water Reuse and technical project work on wastewater UV disinfection projects that sum to over 1.6 billion gallons per day. In addition to her engineering experience, Kati is also actively involved in a number of professional/industry organizations serving in both technical and communications roles.
