I worked for Target as a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader at Target. I have interviewed, trained, and grown my team by 30% since 2019. Leading by example and investing in individual team members to improve performance, help them grow in their careers and achieve team goals are some of my favorite parts of being a Team Leader.

I managed three locations along with one other manager and the company owners. All three locations had a pet boutique and grooming salon, and one location also had a boarding facility.
