As a Project Manager for sustainable design, I implemented integrative green design processes on development projects ranging from $67 million new construction projects to small tenant fit-outs. I developed sustainable development goals and action steps for design and construction teams; researched and recommended building systems, materials, policies, and programs; and reviewed design drawings, specifications, and submittals for consistency with sustainability goals. I worked closely with our in-house energy modeling team to apply modeling techniques and provide clients with cost analyses that included development and operational aspects. I managed dozens of LEED registered and certified building projects and initiatives.

As Senior Project Manager, I managed all phases of real estate development projects from pipeline and pre-development through operations including, but not limited to, environmental and financial due diligence, proposal development, creating and managing budgets, negotiating and managing contracts, initiating and maintaining stakeholder relationships, facilitating community processes, and post-development asset management.
