At Back 2 Back Print Studio I managed all aspects of the business. Including:• Establishing and managing the business, determining strategy, setting targets and monitoring performance.• Completing design tasks for a variety of Start-up’s & SME’s (logo’s, brochures, posters, menu’s and flyers).• Marketing and sales (including regular networking).• Managing relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.• Project Management of all print & design orders.• Identifying and monitoring suppliers.• Admin tasks (bookkeeping, legal, phone and email enquiries and diary management).• Website & Social Media Management.

Working in the advertising team I was given various briefs to create advertisements that would be featured in the magazine, as a double page spread, full page, half page or quarter page. These clients varied from hotels and wedding planners to photographers, etc.

As the in-house designer working within the marketing team I was responsible for implementing written work into brochures, information memorandums, leaflets and online PDF’s that would be provided to investors all over the world.

As the sole designer I was in charge of talking to a range of different clients from business owners, start-ups and the general public. I would then carry out all design work the client needed, from business cards and flyers to posters, menus, invitations, product labels and much more.
