I am a coach, facilitator, counsellor and psychotherapist, with a business background in the careers service, the telecoms industry and the chemical sciences An experienced trainer, consultant, mentor and coach across corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors, I have managed projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and have designed and implemented development programmes in the UK, France and China. In my work with individuals and organisations, I draw on my training in Social Anthropology, Human Resource Development and Humanistic Psychology, to explore different ways to approach the opportunities and challenges we face. A central focus in my work is on developing effective communication skills (whether the purpose is for research, leadership, managing relationships or improving personal impact and influence).
