Lead in evolving the foundation and voice of a first-of-its-kind beverage creation and design platform in the DTC e-commerce space. Designed a strategy, visual brand identity, tone of voice, and vision for customer experience that could translate across all launch touch points. Work closely with the founders to craft a narrative and brand vision that embodies the heart of the company. Participate in strategy sessions guiding the ELIQS vision from 6 months to 6 years from today. Manage and direct custom product design, marketplace product design, marketing campaigns, photoshoots, social media, and creative team hiring. Grow and manage an in-house design team and craft a design team culture while being at a remote company. Mentor and guide designers to expand their visual language and challenge them to think creatively in their design solutions.
