I am currently a student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Springfield College. I will have completed a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, pre-Physical Therapy track and a double-minor in Psychology and Rehabilitation and Disability Studies in May of 2023. I have completed 30+ shadowing hours in an inpatient/outpatient rehab center as well as in a pediatric school setting, where I have developed an understanding of patient-provider communication and respect for physical therapy as a diverse profession. I have been working with children since 2013 when I developed my compassion, patience, and interprofessional skills. I am interested in working with the pediatric population but am open to other opportunities. I am interested in DMI therapy and how it can help individuals with Cerebral Palsy and other developmental delays. I hope to get certified in this area in the future.
