Bump Club and Beyond, owned by Advantage Marketing Partners, is the largest social event company in the country for moms and moms-to-be. Bump Club works with brands and retailers on creating custom and unique experiences/activation's to make intentional connections with their biggest buyers, moms. I joined BCB when it was a hyper local focused community in 3 markets. By creating partnerships with both retailers and brands the company grew to the largest community for parents in the country and was eventually acquired by Advantage Marketing. While I wore many hats throughout my tenure at BCB, as many do in a start up, I mainly focused on creating custom partnerships with large retailers and brands to curate community between the ever changing audience of expectant parents and continuing that connection and education throughout the parenthood journey. Through these programs, brands and retailers such as Target, Nordstrom, Abbott, Unilever, Kimberly Clark, and The Honest Company, saw both increases in revenue as well as brand awareness and consumer community.

Consult with companies to improve their employee brand image. Work and strategize with them to streamline their recruitment process and market themselves as the employer of choice. Travel to meet clients on a monthly basis and keep them up to date on all new advertising products. Work with mid-size companies on the west coast, specializing in the healthcare industry.

Spearheaded training department for Scottsdale office. Trained all new hires on Careerbuilder selling techniques as well as developed advanced training for veteran reps.

Worked with companies with 250-1000 employees on the West Coast. Worked with various levels throughout the organization, from HR to C-Level executivies. Helped the develop a long term recruitment solution.
