• Maintain schedules for 7 E/M Coders to ensure all E/M client WQ’s (work queues) are being kept within TAT (turnaround time)
• Work with 19 Specialty Coders to ensure all Specialty WQ’s are being kept within TAT
• Maintain pathways of all clients assigned
• Answer all questions from Education and/or Compliance about coding and clients

• Lead Coder of all clients - addressing other coder’s questions and conducting training
• Manage workflow related to coding with outstanding results in terms of quality and quantity
• Interpret medical terminology for translation into coding system
• Responsible for coding multiple E/M clients
