I am an experienced program manager focused in Training and Onboarding of internal and external customers. With 8 years of athletic coaching experience as my personal passion, my dedication to development of others is present in my work ethic and performance. While working for AWS, I was continuously relied on to provide exceptional deliverables for both training programs and projects. I became the global subject matter expert (SME) for virtual trainings company-wide. My contributions to develop and improve the virtual training program has been instrumental for the organization during the current global pandemic. I was the GEO SME for onboarding of new trainers to our organization due to my ability to connect and "train the trainer" based on my experience as a former trainer and training manager in "customer first" non-technical industries. Due to my experience working as a technical support manager, I was able to become the first point of escalation for trainers in the organization to liaise with non-technical managers, peers, or customers as I was able to "translate" in laymen terms. Many of my previous positions required the development of skills to be used in ambiguous or high sense of urgency situations. I thrive in ownership and leadership roles, where I am allowed to be held accountable for my work. My willingness to consistently learn or take on new projects is why I have a strong reputation as the "go-to person".As former athlete, I found a passion in coaching high school sports for the past 8 years. The skills needed to be successful in the development and training of business professionals can go hand in hand with the coaching and mentorship of the young athletes in our schools today. This passion translates into my work performance allowing me to have an outside interest that directly develops skills for many of my positions. Some of these skills include teamwork, communication, patience, adaptability, organization, and leadership, which I am quite proud of. I left the technical field at the beginning of the pandemic to recover from several medical surgeries. I returned to my career at Northrop Grumman as a project manager in the HR organization focused on leadership as the technology guru to help streamline and create efficiency within the programs. I was laid off on May 28. I am open to opportunities country wide to utilize my skills and experience.
