I ran additional retention sales training sessions and briefing sessions to ensure advisors understood what the departmental targets where and that they had all the training required and support from their own individual team leaders to support the required increase in customer saves.The overall campaign was a success and we achieved the departmental target of 92% save rate which was maintained well into the next two quarters of the year.
