Lead Product and Mission teams to define, deliver and grow enterprise digital capabilities, core to enabling Bupa to become the number 1 partner for healthcare

Business strategy definition and execution for a ~$65M per annum business, tasked with meeting NAB’s enforceable undertaking with AUSTRAC for identify (AML/CTF) remediation. Responsible for optimising the end-to-end value chain for remediation services to deliver faster outcomes for customers. Value chain includes teams across compliance, financial crime risk, design and delivery and operations (~1000 people)

Reporting to the Executive Financial Crime Remediation, established and led a cross functional team responsible for the design and delivery of remediation experiences for customers and colleagues. Direct leadership of Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Customer Experience / Human Centred Design Specialists. Indirect leadership of Financial Crime Experts, Data Analysts and Change Managers missioned into work.

Reporting to the Group General Manager Partners, responsible for delivering a strategy to transform the Partner Business by optimising how teams delivered new products and services to market ongoing. The Partner Business was made up of c.400 people across merchant acquisition and sales, merchant relationship and account management, merchant technology services, merchant operations and merchant engagement teams and supported ~6000 merchant partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the General Manager Technology and Delivery, responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of 100+ people to define, run and deliver to market Latitude's digital retail product experiences which enabled online and in-store shopping experiences across multiple products.
