• Provides direct support to the Engineers, QSAs and Clients to ensure timely delivery of reports and presentations. • Provide direct support to the Engineers, QSAS and Clients prior to, during and after all Specialized Security Services, Inc. services. • Act as a liaison between our Clients, Managers, and Associates to coordinate, finalize and communicate any scheduling requests. • Prepare required folders as needed based on Client Status Reports (CSR) and services being provided for each Client assigned. • Ensures the Engineer and QSA Folders with all necessary documents is given to Engineers/QSA as soon as possible but no later than the Friday before the Client's scheduled services. • Prepares and maintain the Administrative Folders. • Update Engineers and Management on any client changes. • Prepares Reports for presentations, follow QA Flow Chart to obtain approval of reports prior to presentation. • Provide updates for the Weekly Client Status Reports Maintain weekly communication with Clients, providing support and answering any questions or concerns in a timely manner to enhance S3's relationship as the Client's security partner. • Perform Quality Assurance by performing spelling and grammar check of final Reports. "Cleaning Up" all documents to look clean and professional; and are in the S3 approved template Respond to customers in a positive and timely manner.• Respond to concerns, questions and issues by maintaining direct and continuous contact with Clients
