Rise N Shine offers face to face mindfulness courses and drop in sessions in a local community centre in St Albans, Hertfordshire, specifically for parents, parents-to-be and growing families.I designed and executed a social media campaign with a competition. With this campaign I wanted to encourage people to stop, breathe and take time to enjoy the ‘moment’. This was done by sharing ideas and examples of how parents specifically can find #amindfulmoment through a 21 day mindful moment challenge. Throughout the campaign we used the hashtag #amindfulmoment and used #ourmindfulmoment specifically for the competition. Notable achievements:● I achieved an amazing 9174% increase in post impressions on Twitter and an increase of 1776% on Instagram impressions which far exceeding my target KPIs● Twitter interactions and engagements increased significantly - likes by a massive 10,300%, Retweets by 3400% and replies by 3800%.● On Instagram the post reach increased significantly going up 223%, the likes increased by over 150% and comments by a massive 1600%. ● Our followers on Twitter went from 150 to 408 and on Instagram went from 30 to 221 - thats 637% increase during the campaign period. (NB I did start the account off from scratch so gained 22000% increase in followers overall )Building An Online Community: I built an engaged community of Rise N Shine target audience across Twitter, Facebook, & Instagram.
