To arrange and attend meetings with members of the public, statutory undertakers, internal departments and elected members and have a high degree of understanding and diplomacy in difficult situations.To evaluate and compile on a quarterly basis a detailed consolidated co-ordination schedule from all planned and proposed works submitted in order to be compliant with the Code of Practice for Coordination.To assess and respond via ESDAL to all abnormal load notifications. Inspections of statutory undertakers and third party works in the public highway as per the Code of Practice for Inspections, and using knowledge of Chapter 8 to advise undertakers and colleagues wherever necessary. Accurate recording and completion of the defect procedure. Investigation into Highways Act issues and resolving any queries.
