Being an Operations Manager means you've got to be flexible, thank goodness I spent many years as a gymnast 😅 If anything needs to be done, a problem needs to be solved or someone needs to drive 4 hours for client I am generally hunted down. Luckily, I’m obsessed with problem solving, streamlined processes, structure and team work! Alongside hard damn work to get it done. I enjoy problem solving with the aid of new and emerging tech and I strongly believe it can be done without sacrificing exceptional customer service with that personal touch. I value team work above all and thrive in a “One Team, One Dream” environment. I love meeting new people and absorbing their knowledge and new ways of operating.When I’m not working, you’ll find me either on the football pitch or with my husband in our little slice of country paradise.
