I qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and specialise in commercial property. I have experience of acting in a broad range of commercial property transactions in both private practice and for public sector clients. My experience includes acting in acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold properties and land. I also have experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and licences of premises including offices and shops. I have acted in the renewal of business leases, and other leasehold work including lease surrenders and variations. I also specialise in property finance transactions, and have considerable experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
