Hired by Mark Cuban in 2001 as one of the first employees of HDNet ( later renamed AXS TV), I helped build his network content library from the ground up.Directly reporting to the network President, I was responsible for all content development, creative direction, production (live + studio) and programming for all original series and specials on-air, social media, podcasts, and FAST channel. Led the creative direction and content development strategy for all programming on primetime and digital platforms, delivering 15+ hit series with high audience engagement, weekly growth and critical acclaim.• Developed original digital content driving monthly revenue growth and increasing social media following by more than 70%, with Facebook growth of 1 million new followers during my tenure. • Launched the network podcast division, expanding the networks global footprint and audience reach.• Led the promotions and marketing teams for new series launches, resulting in marketing campaigns with a total audience reach of 6.8 billion and over 350 pieces of media coverage, including outlets like People, US Weekly, Good Morning America, and Entertainment Tonight.• Partnered with the charity Band Together to provide $30,000 worth of music scholarships annually.• Expanded the company’s slate of projects by securing high-profile talent deals and brand partnerships.Created and approved all press materials and communications related to original series and content.• Cultivated relationships with key stake holders, including agents, writers and producers ensuring a continuous pipeline of fresh and compelling content ideas.
