Responsible for efficient, professional functioning of 60+ programs for a 1,600-member senior activity center, and ensuring that programs are robust and successful; developing and recruiting new programs and maintaining ongoing programs; establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with program instructors, volunteers, vendors, potential program donors and partners; ability to work independently as well as a high level of collaboration and communication with other team members is critical for this position.

Responsible for teaching applied flute at the college level for the joint music program with Case Western Reserve University; teaching at the college preparatory and continuing education levels; serving on the Faculty Senate, Advisory Committee to the Dean, and the Dean and Presidential Search Committees; as Chair of Orchestra Winds for the Preparatory Department, involved in hiring and evaluating faculty and overseeing efficient running of the department.
