Katie entered the Real Estate industry at 26 years old, and quickly went from a Title and Escrow Representative to CEO of a Real Estate Brokerage within 2 years. As a new CEO, she grew her office to over 100 agents in the first year and placed number one for retention in her region across 5 states. That office remained number one over the next 5 years, and grew to be ranked third in all of Oregon against 2600+ other real estate firms. In 2016 she created her own Real Estate brokerage and on opening day the office was number 1 in the local market and has kept that ranking since.While building and growing her own companies, her priority was learning the industry at a high level so she could give the best experience to her clients. This love for personal growth, combined with her leadership roles, have led her to coach and train top agents all over the country. Katie mentors and studies under the best agents in the local market, as well as travels routinely to teach and learn from the best in the industry.
