As the PowerEnroll director I was responsible for 4 separate departments including the following. As well as all assigned client relationships at the executive level. Voluntary Benefits - Sales, commission splits and product selection on a per client basis. Benefits Administration Technology - In charge of all aspects of ben admin technology set up and deployment.Enrollment - In charge of all call center and on site benefit counselors. Eligibility- Online interim benefits enrollment through carrier sites if EDI feeds were not complete as well as any claims advocacy, COBRA and FSA.

As the Implementation Manager I was directly responsible for total builds of benefits administration platform in order to meet and exceed client expectations by supporting clients on our software and services. In addition I managed all aspects of every clients enrollment experience including Call center, in person enrollers and voluntary benefit offerings.

Responsible for driving all implementation related activities for assigned new client launches as well as managing the overall implementation and project timeline for all clients utilizing the automated benefits enrollment platform.
