Working on the CWP contract, designed to help thousands of long-term unemployed people gain the necessary work experience, skills and confidence to return to work. Claimants are referred by Jobcentre Plus and were matched to a work experience placement that benefits their local community. In addition each claimant had a Personal Advisor like myself to assist them in their return to work

Green Energy Power Solutions Ltd prides itself in complete customer satisfaction, my duties included - managing and delegating work and targets to a team of 4/6 people. Reporting and updating figures on a daily basis as this role was in a target based environment. Dealing with queries and complaints and handling them accordingly.
