Designed and implemented social media strategy to align with the goals of the business. Created, edited, published and shared engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, giveaways and Instagram reels). Communicated with followers in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Merchandising: In charge of ordering merchandise needed for each shop location (e.g. t-shirts, hats, coffee mugs and tumblers). Managed inventory to keep products ready and available for in store and online purchases. Fulfilled and processed Ecwid orders through online outlets. Printing/Production and Reports: Designed and printed manuals, handbooks, certificates, and covers for summer camp materials. Designed and printed manuals, data books, teacher’s guides, certificates and covers for Outdoor Ed programs. Created awards using a laser etcher on a variety of materials for the Youth Learning Institute. Aided the Executive Director and the Director of Public Relations by having reports/proposals printed, adding pictures, correcting page count and formatting issues, reviewing text for information details, printing, placing into covers and stapling or trimming. Managed Mailings/Camp Registration: Managed contact database information for public, private and Christian schools and other agencies throughout SC, NC, and GA. Organized and managed online systems to send electronic flyers. Corresponded with participants to ensure all forms were completed and processed promptly. Assisted with Marketing/Customer Service: Managed Year at a Glance Calendar and marketing calendar. Assigned admins to appropriate summer camp marketing roles.
