I have 4 years experience in office duties for an excavation company. My responsibilities there included numerous different tasks, among which were Quickbooks Online, (Accounts receivable and payable, reconciling accounts, editing transactions, categorizing transactions, and pulling reports) data entry on numerous levels, working with Microsoft Office (Excel spreadsheets and formulas, and Word) and the day to day operations of an office--calling customers, answering phones, replying to emails, sending and receiving mail and keeping the office stocked with the necessities. I am hoping to help many different small business owners with the day-to-day routine of doing their books and organizing and tracking, along with providing their CPA with correct information for taxes.
