As a Marketing Administrative Specialist at the Department of Agriculture, I worked to promotethe SC Department of Agriculture, the Certified SC Grown Program (CSCG), the Fresh on theMenu Program (FOTM), and several other agency programs. I gained excellentcommunication skills through working with restaurant owners, vendors, chefs, and my co-workers. I worked daily with Assistant Commissioners, Program Directors, and Board Memberswho expected extreme professionalism in the agency. I have coordinated and supervised numerous large events (200+ participants) including; weddings, business meetings, reunions, and educational seminars in the conference center and also in other rental facilities.
