Adults in my life always assumed I'd be a teacher, and in a way, they were right. I didn't end up in a classroom, but I did end up teaching. By nature I'm a helper, a sharer, and a coach.I love learning and trying new things.I absorb new information and cannot wait to use and share it.When I see something I think can be improved - be it a space, organization, sport, system, literally anything - I am compelled to try and figure it out and make it better.I believe in empowering people through sharing information and creating spaces where they feel safe and confident to learn and make mistakes. I strive to make every space I'm in live up to this - the gym that I founded, the events I run, the non-profit I guide, the coaching and mentorship relationships I've formed. After selling my gym, I leaned even more into my passion for coaching coaches; for helping growing leaders find their voices; and for continuing to put on events that are organized, inclusive, and fun. Through my coaching and consulting business I've had the privilege of working with clients, athletes, and promoters around the country. Now that I've settled in Miami, I'm ready to make an impact in my new community. My goal is to use the skills I've gained as a small business owner, event planner, and coach to help whoever I work with continue to create events and spaces that encourage curiosity and foster community. I'm always down for a new experience, so I'm not quite sure where I'll end up. But I do know that I'm pumped to continue learning and growing and see what happens next.
