Process RFIs/RFPs from brokers, consultants and agents, Underwrite cases and quote premium rates. Make presentations to employer groups and policyholders on billings, claims, and enrollment procedures for various group employee programs.Make periodic visits with sales or service representatives to brokers, agents, and general accounts to determine rates, benefits, contract provisions, and proposal guidelines on cases.Prepare proposals, follow up with requests to ensure a timely response, and review written proposals prior to presentation. Forward to group client for review. Review State Insurance Department regulation changes and work directly with Home Office personnel on policy and benefit adjustments necessary for compliance.Review booklets and materials received from Home Office for accuracy and assemble for delivery to policyholder.Resolve billing problems with policyholders and assist in payroll and eligibility audits for renewalCoordinate processing of all requests generated during employer/government groups Open Enrollment and assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for workshops.

Work with Department Manager & Producers to ensure completion of Group renewals. Obtain quotes and claims experience from various carriers.Daily contact with Insurance Carriers and Associations. Assemble marketing proposals for current and new clients.Assisted clients with enrollment, claim issues, plan design changes and communication with carriers and providers to resolve any concern or issues.Handle a range of insurance products in the Life and Employee Benefits arena.

My job responsibilities include the following; Customer Satisfaction, processing claims, reviewing and adjusting claims, resolving escalated issues, advocate for members with billing concerns and issues, relay benefit coverage for self-insured clients for medical, dental, and vision. In the past, I also resolved flexible spending inquiries and worker's compensation.
