Part of the Global Supply Chain Organisation team, my role as project manager includes: -SCORE projects-Reorganisation of In Flow SCM controls -Transfer of SCM services from MEA to Dublin

-Analysis and identification of risks in SCM Finance.-Risk register reporting.-Escalation of issues/incidents to higher stakeholders.-Dashboard reporting for Senior Management.-IT SPOC for SCM Operations.

-Preparing, calculating and validating invoices prior to issuing funds to clients.-Preparing loan instructions and advising dealers regarding funding requirements and movements over accounts.-Ensuring invoices are collected in a timely manner through daily account reconciliation and transfer of funds. -Contacting clients to resolve invoice discrepancies and irregularities. -Passing accounting entries.-Liaising with front/back-office teams, inputting SWIFT messages and producing reports/statistics on an ongoing basis.

-Creating the income statement and balance sheet for Intel Ireland.-Creation and validation of payroll journal entries on a bi-weekly basis. These payroll bookings were vital for ensuring employees received their correct pay and that the correct income statement and balance sheet accounts were implicated by these postings.-Central Statistics Office reporting for 2 legal entities.-Month end close activities such as: bank/cash bookings and headcount reporting.-Grant audit support-Cheque creation/lodgement-Volunteer Work: Member of the Movember committee within Intel Ireland Finance (€3,500 raised for the Irish Cancer Society).
